Join me for an afternoon of using creativity and movement as simple acts of self care.
Learn to create a beautiful watercolor background using tissue paper and practice the relaxing ritual art of drawing mandalas, a symbol that represents the universe.
Discover the details of how to take yourself through a Pilates inspired routine that will feel good and have you standing taller.
You will leave with a handmade watercolor mandala, a spine awakening movement routine that you can do anywhere and more confidence using your movement and creative practices to promote deeper joy. Healthy light refreshments will be provided.
